The designs we present have been made under the European current regulations; we have followed the rules: UNE EN 40, part 5, 2 and 3. Therefore, the design itself and the mechanic resistance in conditions of use have been checked following what is established in these rules.
The raw materials used for the manufacture are mainly:
- Steel, quality S235jr or S275jr, according to the calculations or requests to which they are subjected. Both kinds of steel are included in the rule UNE 10025.
- Stainless steel AISI 316L; a kind of steel with a very low content of carbon, which keeps its stainless quality even after undergoing soldering processes. And remaining inalterable under the most severe external conditions.
- Fir wood or pine wood, unless there are other demands. We start from laminated joists, which guarantees dimension stability and absence of cracks.
Once the tasks of the workshop are finished, the carbon steels are galvanized by heat immersion, a treatment that complies with the rule UNE EN 1461, obtaining a coating of a minimum average of 70 microns thick.
We offer two processes of painting on galvanized steel:
- Glazed polymerized polyester
- Duplex system: phosporous-chrome primer treatment and an enamel or epoxy resin finish.
In any case, the colour can be chosen from those included in the LAN catalogue.
These features, together with a good work in the workshop, allow us to guarantee a high level of quality in the finish of our products. |
